Tschechoslowakische Wolfhunde (TWH) sind seit 1999 eine vom FCI international anerkannte Hunderasse. Die FCI (Federation Cynolgique International) ist der größte kynologische Dachverband.
Saarloos Wolfhunde und Tschechoslowakische Wolfhunde sind die einzigen Wolfhunde mit offizieller Anerkennung.
Ich schreibe das hier so ausführlich, weil zur Zeit in den Medien des Öfteren Doku’s über Wolfs- oder Wolfhundmischlinge gezeigt werden. Seitdem werde ich immer wieder darauf angesprochen, ob meine Wolfhunde Hybriden sind.
Der letzte Dokumentarfilm war sehr einseitig recherchiert und es wurde nicht einmal erwähnt, dass es zwei international anerkannte Wolfhunderassen gibt.

The last documentary was very one-sided and it was not mentioned that there are two internationally recognized wolf dog breeds.
